Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage aerial and underground fiber placing crews (strand, lashing, pulling, make-ready)
• Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites
• Serve as a point of contact for project management, clients, and inspectors
• Monitor progress and resolve field issues in real time
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in fiber construction projects (FTTH preferred)
• Foreman, lead, or supervisory background in telecom construction
• Strong understanding of aerial and underground placing processes
• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multiple crews
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
